Delivery & Product Exchange​

Delivery and responsibility

orido will ship the product as requested by the customer. Once the product is shipped, ownership of the product and risk of loss will be transferred from orido to you. If you specify a recipient other than yourself for the reason you gave the item (such as a gift), their signature proof (or their shipping address) is proof that orido delivered the item and fulfilled the contract. Acknowledging that, responsibility is transferred in the same way. Please refer to the estimated delivery date and calculate from the shipping date. Orido cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the customs clearance process of the destination.

​ Product exchange

Our policy is that if you encounter any quality problems with the products you receive, please email us at info@orido.net within 7 days of shipping to request a replacement. All items exchanged must be new and unused. If the collected replacement product is damaged or used, we will not accept the return request and will mail the product to you. At the same time, we will refuse the refund request.
You are responsible for paying the postage for returns.
