A cake made from 4-year-old gyokuro from Kirishima City, Kagoshima Prefecture!

Vintage organic gyokuro poundcake has appeared in this year's May!

A tea plantation with a magnificent view spreads out at the foot of the Kirishima mountain range, where the mysterious scenery is full.
The foot of Mt. Kirishima, which has long been said to be the place where tengu live.
In this wilderness, the tea that can only be made in Kirishima is the clear air, pure water, rich soil, and deep fog of Kirishima.
It can be said that having all of these is an ideal home for tea.
Nishi Seicha aims to make better tea, centered on people- and environment-friendly agriculture, in order to make tea that anyone can drink with peace of mind in this area.

A new cake was born from a 4-year-old gyokuro with a deep aroma and umami born from people, nature and the earth.

Pound cake that goes well with alcohol!

This pound cake is delicious even when eaten with sake.
I think it goes well with white wine, champagne, and rosé wine.

Please try.
